Design Thinking Workshop by Jonathan Silk
Developing breakthrough ideas and solutions will be increasingly important to all organizations regardless of industry or market. But how you should your organization go about that? Design thinking, also referred to as human-centered design, is a positive way to create solutions for an organization’s most challenging issues. Design thinking offers a systematic approach to enable collaborative, interdisciplinary problem-solving. This is accomplished through the adaptive, iterative design thinking process: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. This seminar is hands-on and will be directed at creating ideas for your organization or industry.
Upon completion of this seminar, participants will understand:
The key concepts of design thinking
How design thinking is applied across multiple disciplines
Application of design thinking to a selected problem
How design thinking can be applied to their area of work
